hi, thanks for that info but I still don't understand how do it right; some say that you must massage nail after nail by sticking nail of left hand to the nail of right hand then press-massage them next by next

both are correct....!! but baba ramdev is more effective because it give pressure all the nails in one rotation....and other technique is formed by baba ramdev's technique...bcause u can't do baba ramdev technique at public place it give oddness :)
