Swami Ramdev Medicine The Divya Amla Churna (for Eyes, Digestion and General Health) is an herbal medicine which is produced by Swami Ramdev’s Divya Yog Mandir Trust. It comes in a powder form. It is believed that what gold is to precious metals, Amla is to herbs.

The Divya Amla Churna comes in a powder form. It is believed that what gold is to precious metals, Amla is to herbs. It is highly valued and is associated with Kubera, the mythical Lord of Wealth. It is one of the most widely used constituents in ayurvedic herbal preparations including The Divya Amla Churna. It contains one of the richest concentrations of natural Vitamin C. It is also known as the Indian Gooseberry.

In a study carried out for clinical purposes, the diet of normal and hypercholesterolaemic men aged 35-55 years was supplemented with Amla for twenty-eight days. Both groups showed a decrease in total serum cholesterol levels, which within two weeks returned almost to their initial values after stopping the administration of Amla. Amla is one of the chief constituents of a siddha preparation used for the prevention and reversal of atherosclerotic disease. Amla is proved to be an antioxidant, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anabolic, anti-hepatoxic, anti-hyperhidrosis, anti-inflammatory, anti-histaminic, anti-spasmodic and hypertensive relieving properties.
